Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes period will begin and end on the dates and times specified in the applicable promotion materials. Promotions may run periodically through December 31, 2027.

Prize Information

The following prizes may be offered during sweepstakes promotions. Prize availability, approximate retail value (“ARV”), eligibility requirements, blackout dates, redemption timelines, and specific terms will vary by promotion and will be disclosed in the applicable promotion materials.

Potential prize categories may include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel packages (including airfare, hotels, cruises, tours or vacation experiences)
  • Event tickets, concert tickets, or VIP experiences
  • Gift cards or merchandise packages
  • Dining, entertainment, or local experience packages
  • Sponsor- or donor-provided products, services, or experiences
  • Cash-equivalent promotional prizes, where permitted

Unless otherwise stated, prizes are awarded to one winner and may include guest participation where specifically described in the applicable promotion materials.

Travel Exclusions and Restrictions

Travel prizes may be subject to blackout dates, holiday restrictions, seasonal availability and other limitations established by the travel provider or donor. Travel must be booked and completed by December 31, 2027, unless otherwise specified.

Travel may exclude major holidays, peak travel periods and other restricted dates through 2027.

Prize Includes

Included accommodations, transportation, excursions and other amenities will vary by promotion and will be described in the applicable prize announcement.

Sweepstakes Rules

Once selected, winners may be required to complete and return eligibility forms, tax documentation, liability/publicity releases and any additional agreements required by the sponsor or prize provider within the specified timeframe.

Changes requested after booking or ticketing may result in additional fees or penalties and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility

  • Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States unless otherwise specified.
  • Winners of travel-related prizes must be at least 18 years old.
  • Employees of the sponsoring organization, prize donors and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Only one winner per household is permitted during a specified eligibility period determined by the sponsor.

Entry Rules

  • No contribution or purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Sweepstakes may be entered either through a qualifying donation during the promotion period or through a free alternative method of entry, where provided.
  • Entries are limited to one per household per sweepstakes event unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be void.
  • Entries will only be accepted during the official sweepstakes period.
  • Email and mailing address information may be required for entry and winner notification.
  • Automated, scripted or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
  • The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries due to technical or other issues.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • No substitutions or exchanges are permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion.
  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
  • Winners may be notified by phone, email or other contact method provided at entry.
  • If a prize is declined, forfeited or unclaimed within the stated response period, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Prizes valued above applicable IRS reporting thresholds may be treated as taxable income and reported accordingly.
  • Additional terms and conditions imposed by prize providers or donors may apply.

Travel-Specific Conditions

For promotions involving travel prizes:

  • Winners may be required to sign additional travel agreements or waivers.
  • Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and provider restrictions.
  • Blackout dates and holiday restrictions may apply through December 31, 2027.
  • Taxes, gratuities, incidental expenses, optional activities and other costs not specifically included are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Tickets and reservations may become nonrefundable once booked.
  • The sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancellations, delays, property loss, personal injury or other incidents related to travel or prize use.

Promotional Use

By accepting a prize, winners may grant permission for the sponsor to use their name, likeness, city/state and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Legal

Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical failures or other circumstances beyond its control.
